Fees

Fees are charged per consultation (50-60 minutes). Rates might vary depending on the duration of the consultation. Clients are responsible for ensuring that funds are available before proceeding with the process. A legal contract will be signed prior to the first meeting in order to ensure confidentiality and commitment to payment regulations.

Medical Aids:

The practice claims from most medical aid schemes and consultation fees involve standard medical aid tariffs as recommended by BHF and/or your specific registered medical aid.

Cash payment

For clients without medical aid or whose medical aid package does not cover the required psychological services, a cash payment option is available. A reduced amount will be applicable to clients who pay directly via electronic funds transfer (EFT) or in cash. Alternatively, sessions will be invoiced and emailed to the client. It is the responsibility of the client to pay within 30 days of the invoice received.
