As a HPCSA registered psychologist I am licensed to provide a range of psychological services. I am experienced in working with children, adolescents, and adults from different cultural backgrounds.

Addressing psychological difficulties or facilitating personal growth in a safe environment.  Individual therapy is a collaborative effort between therapist and client that aims to bring insight, resolution of conflict, freedom from debilitating symptoms, and self-acceptance.  The therapeutic process will depend on the personal needs and goals of each individual client.
Using psychotherapy focusing on relationship guidance, marriage preparation and general relationship difficulties faced by couples. This form of therapy involves both partners within an intimate relationship. Each partner is first seen individually before the couple’s sessions commence. Marital and intimate couples of any sexual orientation are welcome.
Family therapy is the focus when family dynamics forms the main area of a client’s presenting problem.  This form of therapy is conducted with family members who consent to such a process and focuses on altering ineffective family dynamics that may be affecting the whole family.
Subject choice guidance is offered for grade 9 learners, using psychometric assessments.  Career guidance for learners and mature individuals include using psychometric assessments as well as managing career goals throughout your working life. Each assessment consists of a uniquely designed test battery, based on the needs of the client. Individual feedback and a full written report are included. A quotation can be requested prior to an assessment.
A process of testing with the goal to learn about general or more specific aspects of a person’s functioning (e.g. behaviour, abilities, and personal qualities). A comprehensive psychological evaluation can be done to obtain a holistic view of different modalities of a person’s functioning.  This usually includes standardised psychological tests, interviews, observations, and/or other informal assessment techniques. Feedback will be provided, and a written report will be available on request.
Offering talks and/or workshops to groups, on various topics.  My audience has included high school students, university students, psychology interns, nursing staff, business and admin professionals, teachers and parents.  A detailed list of topics and quotations can be made available upon request.
